Job summary

Yorkshire Food Guide is seeking a highly organised Digital & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, customer service, website management, CRM, events and social media. You will work across CRM, finance, website, Google and social media platforms, adopting AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and a human touch.

The role involves keeping data current, coordinating enquiries, supporting festivals and commercial activity, and ensuring content across restaurant

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, operations, digital, customer service or coordination roles.
• HubSpot experience would be advantageous.
• Experience managing website content, ideally using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience using Google Business Profile and/or Google Merchant Centre is advantageous.
• Experience using Xero or other accounting software.
• Experience dealing directly with customers, clients or the public.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) with responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Creating and distributing contracts for electronic signature.
• Keeping records up to date in HubSpot CRM.
• Using Xero accounting software to reconcile voucher sales.
• Monitoring the company’s central mailbox and distributing news, sales and customer enquiries to the relevant team.
• Responding to customer queries via live chat and email.
• Carrying out regular website and email database data cleansing.
• Managing and maintaining Google Merchant Centre and Google Business profiles.
• Adding press releases, news stories and other editorial content to the website.
• Adding and maintaining website content, including restaurant profiles, event listings and product pages.
• Creating and maintaining event and restaurant profile pages.
• Responding to social media DMs and audience queries promptly.
