Hightouch Inc is seeking an AI Strategy Consultant to bridge product capabilities with customer business needs, from discovery through go-live and expansion. You’ll collaborate with ML engineers, product designers, and other strategists to identify high-impact marketing use cases and translate insights into tangible campaigns and experiences for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping marketing strategy and transformation in enterprise settings.
• Ability to lead discovery through to go-live and expansion of AI use cases.
• Strong design-session and requirements gathering skills.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation in complex projects.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customer stakeholders and executives.
• Willingness to travel 10–25% as part of client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with engineers and stakeholders.
• Run design sessions to decide on use case requirements and improvements.
• Champion delivery excellence through process playbooks and best practices.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at customer sites.
• Contribute to AI Decisioning product strategy and roadmap.
