Mishcon de Reya LLP is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analytics specialist to accelerate our AI-enabled marketing strategy. You will build Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights to drive client engagement across international offices.

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing analytics or business intelligence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience developing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding digital marketing channels and KPIs.
Experience using Google Analytics 4.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Attention to detail and data quality.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Commercially aware and proactive.

Responsibilities

Analyse digital marketing performance across paid media, email, social, SEO, and website activity.
Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI.
Automate reports to improve visibility and reduce manual work.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of marketing data.
Support integration of marketing data from multiple sources and automate data flows.
Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Assist with audience segmentation and performance forecasting.
