Better Placed in Leeds is seeking a highly analytical Marketing Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth and marketing performance.

You will analyse multi-channel marketing activity, develop reporting solutions, and build Power BI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the business. Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing analytics, ideally in ecommerce/digital/performance marketing.
• Advanced Power BI skills with dashboard development and data modelling.
• Experience with BigQuery and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing activity across multiple channels to understand performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Create, manage and enhance dashboards and reporting packs primarily in Power BI.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support commercial decisions and forecasting.
• Deliver regular performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align outputs with business goals.
