Job summary

Selint Aviation - Executive Search is seeking a technically experienced aviation professional to manage transformation projects within Technical Operations and MRO, leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to optimise maintenance processes.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering measurable improvements in safety and efficiency across a global airline group.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance programme development within airline/MRO/OEM/regulatory body.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as Project Manager for the airline group's digital transformation roadmap within Technical Operations and MRO.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, planning, maintenance and digital units to drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead PM of AI-powered maintenance tools, ensuring regulatory and OEM compliance.
• Integrate new maintenance tools with fleet and operational requirements.
• Validate use cases and scale solutions across multiple operating companies.
• Engage stakeholders and drive change management to embed AI-driven practices.
• Monitor KPIs to demonstrate safety, efficiency and cost impact.
