Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd. is seeking a Legal Engineer to join their Central Birmingham team on a hybrid basis.

The role focuses on transforming prototypes into scalable, AI-enabled legal tools and services, working alongside lawyers to ensure alignment with strategic vision and quality standards. You will design workflows, evaluate AI-enabled solutions, and craft documentation to improve usability and maintainability across digital platforms, contributing to a fast-growing, multinational business

Qualifications

Understanding of low-code tech – Power Platform, HighQ, Smartsheet, Legora.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
Experience delivering solutions compliant with AI, data, and security standards.
Understanding of LLMs and integrating AI services with other platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

Re-develop and expand prototypes into working solutions with lawyers to meet expectations.
Design, implement and evaluate AI-enabled solutions that enhance how legal services are delivered.
Create functional and technical documentation to improve maintainability and usability of digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable legal tech.
