Job summary

Citigroup in London seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst to own the end-to-end PDLC, translating strategy into actionable requirements and driving AI/ML use cases from ideation through deployment. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and governance teams to ensure value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional stakeholders, coach junior analysts, and champion agile delivery while communicating with senior leadership to align roadmaps and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Experience across full PDLC/SDLC in agile environments.
• Proven experience with AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
