Job summary

TUI in the United Kingdom is seeking an Innovation and Digitalisation Delivery Manager to drive smarter, faster operations in ground handling. You’ll lead digitalisation initiatives, shape new airport processes and deliver data-led improvements across teams.

You will collaborate across functions, monitor programmes, manage budgets, and ensure end-to-end delivery while promoting an inclusive, flexible, and globally aware work environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to strengthen traceability, monitoring, and performance insights.
• Partner with platform services to translate digital capabilities into value-driven solutions.
• Monitor and steer digitalisation programmes, integrating cutting-edge technologies.
• Design and implement policies and processes ensuring end-to-end control and optimal performance.
• Take ownership of monitoring, budgeting and delivery to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional digitalisation programmes and projects of various sizes.
