The position is offered on a hybrid basis with about two days per week on-site at Wigmore House, Luton, with occasional travel to other Airline AOC offices in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
As Business Transformation Analyst you will support the delivery of business transformation and operational improvement activity within Network Operations, TUI Airline by providing structured analysis, clear documentation and practical recommendations. The role helps assess current capability across people, process, technology and governance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports the development of future-state requirements, implementation plans and measurable business outcomes.
