Job summary

Avalara is expanding its Versori marketing team in Manchester to drive the end‑to‑end motion for an AI‑native integration platform. You’ll own content, events, and campaigns to build brand awareness and generate pipelines while collaborating with the broader Avalara marketing organization.

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll partner with Sales, Product, and GTM leadership to optimize campaigns, reporting, and audience insights, delivering measurable impact for a fast‑growing SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Define key marketing metrics, build dashboards, and report on lead generation, conversion, campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Develop deep understanding of Versori's target audiences using CRM data, campaign results, website analytics, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Own the strategy, setup, and optimization of paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Google Search, manage budgets and tracking.
• Plan and execute demand generation programs across paid media, email landing pages, and account targeting to create qualified interest.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and run tests across audiences, creative, and landing pages to improve targeting and conversion.
• Organize the marketing calendar, manage agency relationships, track deliverables, and align Sales, Product, and central marketing teams.
