Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join its Financial Services Cloud & Custom Applications practice in Manchester. The role blends office, client site and home working within a hybrid model, delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Angular, Java, and cloud-native technologies.

You will shape scalable systems, mentor teams, and drive engineering excellence in an Agile environment, while embracing AI-enabled delivery practices and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, AEM Hybrid, GraphQL, SSR, NgRx, Jest, and SCSS.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Java, REST API development, Liquibase, OpenTelemetry, and Honeycomb.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including S3, Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, IAM, Secrets Manager, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with Akamai, NGINX, Kong, Okta, and Auth0 for networking, API management, and identity solutions.
• Skilled in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Integrated and supported Kaltura, CVENT, OneTrust, Wistia, Siteimprove, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Medallia.
• Expertise in Cypress-based test automation and end-to-end testing.
