Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a customer-facing Full-Stack / Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge user problems and AI deployment. You’ll design, build, and ship production-grade solutions, working directly with enterprise clients to deliver high-velocity, production-ready architectures.

The role demands React/TypeScript/Python expertise, experience deploying AI-enabled applications, and a strong client-facing, problem-first engineering mindset. Hybrid London-based with travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack development experience shipping production code with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Commercial exposure to building and deploying AI-enabled applications (using LangChain or Vercel AI SDK).
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills and ability to conduct technical problem discovery.
• UK-based location with up to 50% travel for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner enterprise customers to translate high-impact problems into scalable architectures.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications and AI-driven workflows.
• Take technical ownership of client delivery and iterate based on feedback.
• Integrate AI frameworks directly into customer workflows.
• Ensure deployed solutions meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and resilience.
