Job summary

Board International is seeking an FP&A Solution AI Developer to embed AI capabilities into its FP&A solution strategy. You will implement AI use cases across Board assets, focusing on automation, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.

The role requires hands-on AI experimentation with enterprise LLM tools and a strong FP&A understanding. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable AI components, develop reusable AI assets, and collaborate with product and analytics

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise AI and LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini).
Strong prompt engineering skills including design, testing, refinement and documentation.
Solid understanding of AI output validation, accuracy checks, and reducing hallucinations.
Experience integrating AI into existing data, analytics, planning, or application frameworks.
Ability to work independently, experiment quickly, and deliver tangible AI features.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary developer for AI use cases across FP&A solution assets and customer-ready frameworks.
Design, test, and implement AI-enabled features for planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics, insights, and user assistance.
Translate FP&A needs into AI use cases, prompts, workflows, and solution components.
Develop and maintain prompt libraries, AI workflows, prototypes, demos, and reusable AI assets.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, FP&A experts, and developers to embed AI into existing frameworks.
Test, validate, and refine AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, usability, and business value.
Document AI use cases, prompting logic, usage guidelines, and enablement materials for internal and customer-facing teams.
