Global Fashion Group is hiring an FP&A professional to manage the full FP&A cycle for Group Shared Functions based in London with a hybrid work model. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, cost business partnering, and performance reporting, collaborating with Group Finance, Treasury, tech product owners, and SEA Finance.

You will drive AI-enabled improvements, challenge processes, and oversee IC loan frameworks while delivering accurate financial output and insights to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant with experience in management accounts and budgeting.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to interpret cost data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in international, multi-currency environments preferred.

Mansioni

• Own quarterly planning cycles and annual budgets for GSF holding entities.
• Produce Monthly Business Review packs with P&L views and cash flow commentary.
• Provide cost visibility to tech and admin stakeholders and drive partnering.
• Identify AI-enabled process improvements and lead intercompany optimisation projects.
