Job summary

Xe is hiring an Associate Product Manager to own defined features and areas of the product, from discovery through delivery, under the Product Manager. You will work with engineering, design, and compliance, using data and customer evidence to inform decisions, and escalate roadmap prioritization when needed.

You will regularly run discovery with customers, write clear requirements, and collaborate across functions in a regulated fintech environment while leveraging AI tools for research,

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in product management, product analytics, or equivalent, fintech/payments preferred.
• Experience owning features end-to-end and shipping outcomes.
• Strong discovery skills: validate problems and gather evidence.
• Solid data analytics: define metrics, run experiments, assess results.
• Technical fluency: APIs, data flows, basic architecture basics.
• Ability to work with design, compliance and partner teams in regulated env.
• Daily use of AI tools in research, analysis, and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own defined features or roadmap areas under the Product Manager's direction.
• Support roadmap prioritization: write user stories, maintain backlog, keep delivery on track.
• Run discovery: talk to customers, analyze data, turn findings into recommendations.
• Coordinate delivery with engineering, design, and compliance; track progress against metrics.
