Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Manager to shape data architecture and AI within enterprise performance management. You will lead the design of EPM platforms, data integration across ERP and cloud data platforms, and AI-enabled planning across marquee programmes.

You will partner with CFOs and finance leaders, drive multi-disciplinary delivery, and advance the use of agentic planning, predictive forecasting and explainable AI in finance.

Qualifications

• Deep command of enterprise performance management — planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting and close.
• Owning end-to-end EPM solution architecture: models, dimensions and business rules.
• Connecting EPM to ERP, data platforms and AI foundations in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex EPM, data and AI programmes end to end — from discovery to deployment and governance.
• Direct multi-disciplinary delivery workstreams across finance, data and technology.
• Act as design authority, ensuring control, reconciliation and auditability.
• Grow the offering, assets and points of view to expand the practice.
• Foster relationships with CFOs and finance leaders to originate opportunities.
