Job summary

IFS seeks a Director – Finance Tools, Process & Systems to lead a cross-functional transformation across Finance, Technology, Data and AI. You will shape the enterprise EPM platform, governance, and AI-enabled planning while aligning with CFO and executive stakeholders.

You will own end-to-end design for data structures from GL to reporting, champion AI governance, and drive adoption across the FP&A organisation. This role requires strong leadership within a global software environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise Finance transformation programmes within software/SaaS preferred.
• Proven track record embedding AI/GenAI into Finance processes and EPM platforms.
• Fluent business English and strong communication with CFO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Finance technical expert and delivery partner for the enterprise EPM platform.
• Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contracting and implementation partner management.
• Own the Finance requirements and future-state EPM solution design including SaaS revenue, workforce and project cost planning.
• Define target planning operating model, integration architecture and data model for a single truth.
• Drive user adoption, change management, training and post go-live optimisation.
• Establish and enforce Finance-side EPM governance and release standards.
