Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Lead to own EMEA Demand Generation and Event Audience Generation. You’ll balance business needs with channel health, drive KPI performance, and partner with Field Marketing and Events across EMEA.

This is a hybrid role with three days in the office each week, in either Dublin or London. You will direct AI tools to accelerate email production, drive adoption of the Email Self-Service offering, and ensure compliance across EMEA sub-regions while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Email Marketing.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and planning skills.
• Experience with email marketing solutions/ESPs; Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & planning: set FY plan and KPI targets with stakeholders and adjust in reviews.
• Demand & audience generation: manage end-to-end campaigns, calendar, and sequencing.
• Email production & self-service: direct AI tools for production; own final send and calendar.
• Reporting & compliance: ensure GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and deliver monthly insights.
