Receptional LTD is seeking an Account Executive in a client-facing, entry-level role. You will support the Client Services team to run accounts, build strong relationships, and learn the business of digital marketing from day one.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Salary ranges from £25,000 to £29,000, with a company bonus, pension contributions, a Training Academy, and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for digital marketing across channels (SEO, Paid Media, Content, PR).
• Confident, natural communicator who builds rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Working knowledge of AI platforms shaping marketing workflows (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail—deadlines never slip.
• Innovative, curious mindset; you notice what others miss and ask why.

Responsibilities

• Support the seamless running of client accounts, keeping status reports and action logs up to date.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Manage your own projects and clients with supervision from your Account Manager.
• Flag and escalate risks early to avoid surprises.
• Develop a genuine understanding of each client’s business, goals, and pain points, and reflect them in reporting.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients to start the relationship on the right footing.
• Stay close to client context and industry developments to spot growth opportunities.
• Use AI and automation to keep client services processes efficient, freeing time for relationships.
