Job summary

Atos is seeking a software/automation engineer to develop agentic solutions within the Digital Engineer platform, using AI-assisted coding, workflow orchestration and platform-native components.

You will build agents, configure workflows and integrations, validate agent behavior, and collaborate with architects to deliver reusable components. 3–8 years in software development or automation and UK SC clearance eligibility are desired.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills with Python, APIs and scripting.
• Experience with automation and workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with large language models, prompt engineering and agent patterns.
• Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure agents, workflows, and integrations.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
• Implement agent logic, prompts, and decision flows.
• Integrate with enterprise systems (ITSM, APIs, data sources).
• Test and validate agent behavior and outputs.
• Collaborate with architects and service designers on implementation.
• Contribute to reusable components and templates.
