Job summary

Atos is seeking a Regional Lead Agentic Architect - Digital Engineer to lead the design and optimization of production-grade agentic solutions across regional deployments in the UK. You will ensure scalability, safety, and performance while aligning with enterprise governance and security standards.

This role demands deep expertise in agentic AI architectures, system design, and orchestration, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade capabilities in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture).
• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs.
• Experience with sovereign or restricted deployment environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and operational requirements into agentic system designs
• Guide teams in moving from consumer-grade to production-grade agent design
• Review and optimize agent workflows, decision logic, and system interactions
• Ensure compliance with platform architecture, governance, and security standards
• Act as a regional SME and escalation point for complex agent design challenges
• Collaborate with central platform and governance teams

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and frameworks
• Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, and workflow orchestration
• Ability to assess trade-offs (autonomy vs control, cost vs performance, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like LangGraph, n8n, orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation frameworks
• Experience in sovereign or restricted deployment environments
• Background in ITSM or managed services automation

Experience Profile

• 8-15+ years in architecture roles (solution, systems, or platform architecture)

Candidate Persona

To be eligible for SC clearance, you must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years.
