You will define interaction models, collaborate with developers, and ensure designs meet governance, safety, and platform constraints, helping deliver secure, scalable digital services for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Strong background in service design and process engineering.
• Experience with workflow modeling and orchestration.
• Understanding of AI-assisted workflows and agent behavior.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem).

Responsibilities

• Analyze ITSM, operations, and business process requirements.
• Design agentic workflows and orchestration logic.
• Define interaction models between agents, systems, and humans.
• Produce agent flow specifications and design artifacts.
• Ensure designs align with governance, safety, and platform constraints.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure implementability.
• Optimize flows for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
