AECOM is seeking an experienced AI Engineering professional to lead DevSecOps across a multi-cloud platform. You will shape CI/CD, IaC, observability, and security, partnering with engineers to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or DevSecOps roles.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Terraform and IaC experience.
• Ownership of production reliability including observability and SLAs.
• Security reviews and controls across identity, secrets, software supply chains.
• Experience with cloud providers, especially Microsoft or Google Cloud.
• Monitoring cloud expenditure in large Azure or GCP environments.

Responsibilities

• Evolve CI/CD pipelines and reusable workflows with automated quality controls.
• Build observability and runbooks to improve reliability of production services.
• Define service reliability objectives and incident reviews for improvement.
• Embed security into engineering workflows and cloud environments.
• Monitor cloud security posture across Azure and GCP and prioritise fixes.
• Manage vendor relationships with Microsoft and Google Cloud for reviews and roadmaps.
• Partner with engineers on architecture decisions and mentor teammates.
