Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Deployment Engineer to lead AI-augmented delivery for enterprise customers in a hybrid work model. You will direct AI agents to build data models, KPIs, and dashboards, while validating results against client context and business goals.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, define data requirements, and drive value realization through adoption, training, and handover. A strong background in data, process optimization, and Celonis platform experience is

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Management or IT consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
• Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
• Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
• Fluency in English; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on deployment of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers.
• Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, KPIs, dashboards and insights.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define scope, data needs and success criteria.
• Train customers and enable long-term adoption of the solution.
