Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in London seeks a Data & AI Ops Lead to design, implement, and run the ServiceNow CMDB, data, and AI Ops capabilities, establishing a single source of truth across a multi-domain telecom environment.

You will drive CMDB governance, enable AI-driven operations, and lead data integration, enrichment, and dashboards to provide operational intelligence and health views for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
• Expertise in data governance, data quality, reconciliation, and CI lifecycle management.
• Proven experience implementing AIOps use cases such as event correlation, service impact analysis, and automated remediation.
• Ability to build operational dashboards, KPIs, reports, and service health views using tools like ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience integrating data from monitoring platforms, OSS systems, and cloud environments.
• Experience with OSS/AIOps platforms such as Netcracker, ElasticSearch.
• Familiarity with graph databases, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with data streaming and processing platforms (Kafka, Google BigQuery).
