Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Claude and Gemini
• Genuine curiosity for AI and experimentation
• Experience creating prompts, workflows, or AI-enabled processes
• Systems thinking and ability to design repeatable frameworks
• Solid understanding of customer experience, service design, or human-centered design
• Knowledge of AI search and discovery (AEO)

Responsibilities

• Build reusable AI workflows and agents across research, strategy, experience design and prototyping
• Turn customer data and research into insight — spotting patterns and new experience opportunities
• Create and evolve CX outputs with AI, from journeys and blueprints to concepts and wireframes
• Rapidly prototype new experiences, turning ideas into client-ready journeys and interactions
• Design for both human and AI behaviour—how people and AI interact with experiences
• Rethink experiences for an AI-first world as AI changes discovery and decision-making
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques to prove practical approaches
• Raise the quality of the agency’s AI work by sharing learnings and new methods
