Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead with AI and deliver customer value from our London office or remotely within the UK. You will cultivate relationships with diverse clients, understand their business needs, and drive adoption of HubSpot’s platform across marketing, sales, and service.

You’ll manage a wide portfolio, run proactive deep-dive meetings, and partner with onboarding, upsell, and renewals teams to maximize value and retention.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role.
• Business savvy with consultative problem solving and issue resolution skills.
• Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape.
• Motivated self-starter with results and ability to balance expectations.
• Highly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort with financial conversations and cancellations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships and identify escalation needs.
• Knowledge of Loop Marketing, AEO, and LLM or the aptitude to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage 150–180 customer relationships, some new and some long-standing.
• Regularly align customer goals with HubSpot resources.
• Collaborate with onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and renewals teams to drive adoption.
• Maintain a proactive and reactive mix in daily work with scheduled deep-dive sessions.
• Identify opportunities to expand HubSpot usage and improve retention.
• Understand technical roadblocks and suggest integration solutions.
