Job summary

Kraken, the Payward-backed crypto infrastructure leader, seeks a Senior Sales Lead for Custody & Wealth Management. You will drive go-to-market for institutional custody products and embedded wealth solutions, targeting banks, fintechs, asset managers, and platforms globally.

You will report to the Global Head of Sales and collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding to shape strategy, pricing, and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling B2B/B2B2C revenue orgs in custody/wealth or regulated infra.
• Experience closing long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where regulatory diligence is central.
• Deep understanding of wealth management and custodian selection processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow assets under custody and custody revenue with ownership of targets and pipeline.
• Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products.
• Lead revenue across enterprise mandates and mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto clients.
• Own full client lifecycle from qualification to onboarding and expansion into staking and settlement.
• Scale revenue growth across global Sales & BD with AI-first tooling and CRM discipline.
• Establish Payward as default custodian across institutional ecosystem.
