Job summary

01Health in London seeks a Customer Success & Onboarding Manager to roll out AI-enabled care across practices, onboard teams, and drive adoption. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and clinical teams to ensure high CSAT and scalable processes, with hybrid work and a strong impact on patient care.

You’ll travel to practices to train teams, build trusted relationships, and help achieve revenue targets while expanding across verticals and geographies.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with multiple stakeholders across levels.
• Experience turning onboarding into scalable processes.
• Comfort with AI tooling and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new practices ensuring smooth implementations.
• Train and inspire teams to become platform champions.
• Drive revenue attainment by enabling partner dentists to meet targets.
• Build relationships with Practice Managers, Owners, Dentists and staff.
• Analyze usage and share insights with practice stakeholders.
