Job summary

Fremantle is seeking a senior specialist to lead AI-assisted content creation for TV and film projects. You will oversee end-to-end AI workflows, evaluating tools like Runway, Veo and Unreal, and ensure outputs integrate with established post-production pipelines. Collaboration with global teams and strong storytelling are essential.

You will drive tool trials, ROI analysis, and scalable workflows, balancing creative ambition with production realities across multiple shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in TV/film production processes and creative workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of editing environments (Avid, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) and the full post-production pipeline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating use of AI tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs).
• Deep understanding of technical specifications across media production to ensure broadcast/streaming compliance.
• Ability to combine outputs from multiple AI tools into cohesive content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI-assisted creative output aligned with production ideation and storytelling goals.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI tools and identify their application in Fremantle's workflows.
• Ensure AI tools used in production are reviewed and approved by relevant broadcasters.
• Support budgeting and planning to identify cost-effective AI应用
• Combine outputs from multiple AI tools to deliver high-quality assets.
• Understand and support VFX workflows for AI-assisted enhancements.
• Create graphic elements—titles, credits, lower thirds—using AI tools.
• Ensure AI-generated content integrates into post-production workflows.
• Manage multiple projects and balance tight deadlines.
• Set creative standards, workflows, and best practices for AI content.
• Partner with production teams to integrate AI tools into processes.
• Report ROI and opportunities to AI leadership.
• Support global teams and build capability in AI workflows.
• Document clear AI content workflows for future use.
• Design and run structured AI tool trials with ROI and success metrics.
