Job summary

Primis in the United Kingdom is building a GCP-first platform with AI at its core. You will develop AI features and deploy applications on Google Cloud, leveraging Vertex AI and Gemini to create intelligent agents and search capabilities.

We are seeking software engineers and AI developers with 5+ years of hands-on GCP experience, strong Python skills, and delivery-focused mindsets. You will work with CI/CD, Cloud Run, Terraform and modern DevOps practices in small, fast-moving teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on GCP experience.
• Proven AI development or AI agent-build experience.
• Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini or other LLMs.
• Hands-on CI/CD, Cloud Run and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy applications, APIs and microservices on Google Cloud.
• Develop AI features and agents using Vertex AI and Gemini (RAG, AI assistants).
• Operate Cloud Run and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable shipping.
• Use Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
