What You'll Do

• Oversee and evaluate clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
• Review and assess study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and partners
• Apply your operational expertise to identify risks, resolve issues, and keep complex studies running smoothly
• Coordinate insights across CROs, sites, and internal teams to support seamless study execution
• Contribute domain knowledge to help AI models better understand clinical trial operations and best practices
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced clinical research professional with a strong background in trial project management
• Skilled at managing budgets, timelines, and multi‑vendor relationships across complex studies
• Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Detail‑oriented and methodical — you notice when something is off before it becomes a problem
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Experience in a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
