Job summary

R/GA AI Products (AIP) seeks a design engineering leader to turn design systems into AI-enabled build pipelines. You will own the encoding pipeline (Figma to markdown and back) and the onboarding self-serve flow, coordinating with product engineers to ship a scalable product surface.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in design engineering or front-end product work, has built a design system, and can design production-grade prompt systems that produce reliable assets across brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design engineering, product design, or front-end product work.
• Built and maintained a design system with scalable components and tokens.
• Experience designing a full product and ensuring long-term product health.

Responsibilities

• Polish the encoding pipeline from Figma to markdown and back to ensure faithful round-trips across brands.
• Own onboarding and self-serve flow, auditing and improving user journey with metrics.
• Design and ship the product surface, collaborating with full-stack engineers.
