Job summary

Lovable is seeking a world-class brand designer who treats generative AI and custom tooling as core production methods for brand work. You’ll direct AI output at scale across Lovable’s brand and its outputs, while working with a Brand Engineer to ensure scalable workflows.

This is a new role with freedom to define much of the process. You’ll shape Lovable's visual identity, build a machine-executable brand system, and push for high creative quality in an AI-native production model.

Qualifications

• Strong design sense and ability to articulate why good design stands out.
• Fluency with AI generation tools (image/video) as a craft, with opinions on models/workflows.
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools, and guidelines for autonomous teams.
• A portfolio of shipped brand assets including AI-native production evidence.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity without a preset template.

Responsibilities

• Shape Lovable's visual identity across brand touchpoints using AI as a primary production method.
• Build and maintain a visual system that machines can execute against (style references, LoRAs, prompt libraries).
• Direct and review AI-generated output at volume across campaigns, social, events, and partnerships.
• Establish brand guidelines and systems for consistency as we scale in an AI-native model.
• Collaborate closely with a Brand Engineer to define tools and scale the workflow.
