Carwow is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to plan and deliver integrated campaigns that build the Carwow brand, primarily in the UK with some cross-market support. You will own campaigns end-to-end, briefing in-house creatives and agencies, and using data to prove impact within a performance-focused Marketing team.

The role is a 12-month contract with hybrid working in the UK, offering a comprehensive list of benefits and opportunities to shape how we communicate across channels.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in marketing, in-house or agency.
• Integrated campaigns across brand and performance.
• Strong knowledge of ATL and digital channels (TV, OOH, Meta, YouTube, paid search).
• Experience briefing and managing creative and media agencies.
• Data-driven: reading results, running tests and turning insight into action.
• Budget management and tracking spend.
• Hands-on use of AI in marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management.
• Able to onboard quickly and deliver from the start.
• Organised and calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns from brief to results.
• Drive AI-powered planning, briefing and reporting.
• Build relationships across the org to adopt systems and processes.
• Write briefs for creative, media and agency partners.
• Manage agencies and production partners.
• Collaborate with performance to improve test plans.
• Coordinate CRM, social, content and product for launches.
• Ensure brand consistency with Brand Creative.
• Manage campaign budgets and spend tracking.
• Report on outcomes and learnings.
• Support Spain market campaigns.
• Test new working methods, including AI.
