Responsibilities

• Lead, support, enable and grow the AppSec team, including hiring and career development.
• Own AppSec strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Engage on threat models, security architecture, and tooling design.
• Define operating rhythm: OKRs, quarterly planning, cross-team coordination.
• Interface with leadership and partner functions to embed security.
• Evolve security practices for AI-assisted development and code security.
• Align AppSec with broader Infosec and risk management.
• Represent AppSec externally with customers, auditors, and compliance programs.
