Job summary

Source Group International Ltd. is seeking an Analytics Engineer to transform complex data into actionable insights that inform financial inclusion and public benefit initiatives.

You will develop high-quality analysis, reporting and dashboards, automate reporting processes and strengthen data quality across the organisation.

As deputy to the Senior Data Analyst when required, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business and explore AI-enabled data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience using Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
• Experience working with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Produce and develop analytical outputs, reports and statistical publications.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that support evidence-based decision-making.

• Support the development of new products, services and data-led initiatives.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies.
