Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to design, develop and improve software delivering business, platform and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues.

You will work with product managers, designers and engineers to translate complex requirements into production systems, with a strong focus on Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and secure, scalable solutions. Strong collaboration and code-quality mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Solid software engineering foundation with Python and cloud experience.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring.
