Zusammenfassung

Didero is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist in London to help customers transform procurement workflows by deploying AI agents into real-world operations, partnering with stakeholders to map processes and design implementation plans from kickoff through long-term value realization.

You will configure, test, and tune agents, work with Product and Engineering to shape the platform, and act as a strategic advisor to drive ROI, with occasional on-site visits in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders and driving execution.
• Strong project management and structured deployment.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders.
• Startup, fast-moving environment experience.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end post-sale journey from deployment scoping through onboarding, production, full adoption, and value realization, leading AI agent implementations that translate customer supply chain workflows into scalable automations.
• Map the workflow, identify exactly where automation should be applied, then configure, test, and tune agent behavior directly without always waiting on an engineering sprint.
• Act as a strategic advisor to procurement and operations stakeholders, identifying where expanded automation drives the most ROI and making the business outcomes explicit.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface customer insights that shape the roadmap, and with Sales to drive renewals and expansion within your book of business.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks and best practices as the team scales.
