Accenture Song is seeking an AI Delivery Tech Lead to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI-powered customer experience platforms across UK offices in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.

You will lead hands-on CCaaS/AI design, guide multi-agent pipelines, and work with clients to translate complex tech into practical delivery, governance and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Solid engineering background with production experience in Python.
Experience with RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems at scale.
Experience with at least one major cloud AI platform.
Portfolio of deployed or near-production AI systems in enterprise contexts.
Experience in agile, client-facing delivery contexts.

Responsibilities

Architect and build agentic experiences to production.
Hands-on CCaaS/AI design and build for customer experience platforms at scale.
Define technical delivery approaches and infrastructure strategies.
Support client teams on AI architecture decisions and build vs buy trade-offs.
Deliver at scale and contribute to sales, propositions and go-to-market activity.
