Job summary

Reply specialises in AI-driven solutions and seeks an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. You will own project plans, backlogs and resources while coordinating multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, testing, release and handover.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training and change activities to ensure AI solutions are adopted and deliver measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

• Experienced project manager with a track record delivering technology or digital transformation projects, ideally including AI or automation initiatives.
• Confident working with engineers and technical leads, with familiarity of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile ways of working.
• Hands-on user of Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools for backlog creation, backlog management and delivery tracking.
• Strong organiser capable of managing multiple workstreams, planning resources and capacity, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain backlogs, user stories, tasks and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate sprint planning, resource allocation and capacity management across multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders through discovery, development, testing, release and operational handover.
• Support AI adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination and collection of user feedback.
• Track delivery, adoption and benefits against agreed success measures, highlighting issues with scope, budget or timelines as needed.
• Ensure clear ownership of actions and maintain high-quality project documentation and governance artefacts.
• Contribute to change management efforts, embedding new AI-enabled ways of working into business processes.

Role Overview:

This role is a AI Project Manager position focused on driving AI adoption and managing end‑to‑end technical delivery. About The Candidate:

• Hands‑on user of Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools for ticket creation, backlog management, delivery tracking and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong organiser able to manage multiple workstreams, plan resources and capacity, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Clear and credible communicator who can influence both business stakeholders and technical specialists and manage client‑facing relationships.
• Skilled in change management, stakeholder engagement and supporting user adoption through training, communications and feedback loops.
• Comfortable tracking budgets, benefits and adoption metrics, with the discipline to elevate risks and issues appropriately.
• Motivated to deepen expertise in AI and generative AI use cases and apply this knowledge to real‑world business problems.
