Job summary

NatWest Boxed is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to own end-to-end execution of the Boxed AI programme, shaping plans to align with AI strategy and organizational goals. You will drive delivery governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership.

You’ll also oversee the AI Learning & Development rollout, ensuring timelines, deliverables and capability building across the business, while promoting best practices through AI Show & Tell sessions.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a strong track record of managing and delivering complex, large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes end-to-end within a fast-paced environment.
• You’ll demonstrate impact through robust governance, roadmaps, and measurable business benefits.
• Experience partnering with executive teams to translate strategy into delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall programme management and delivery roadmap for the Boxed AI programme, shaping execution plans to align with AI strategy.
• Lead delivery management of the AI Learning & Development rollout with L&D teams, managing timelines and capability building.
• Drive AI engagement and knowledge sharing across the organisation with AI Champions to foster adoption.
• Oversee end-to-end reporting across the AI programme, tracking milestones, metrics and benefit cases.
• Identify dependencies, unblock friction points, and surface prioritisation trade-offs to leadership.
• Coordinate AI Steering Group and prepare ExCo and C-suite briefings with governance decisions.
