Job summary

NatWest Boxed is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end execution and governance of Boxed AI initiatives. You will bridge strategy and delivery, align with leadership, and drive momentum across cross-functional teams.

You will manage the AI programme roadmap, oversee the AI Learning & Development rollout with L&D, and lead regular Show & Tell sessions to promote adoption of AI best practices. This role requires strong stakeholder influence and governance across the bank.

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale technology or digital programmes end-to-end.
Ability to influence stakeholders from executive leadership to delivery teams.
Strong governance, roadmap tracking and benefit realization skills.
Hands-on Agile delivery knowledge and delivery tools.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution and delivery governance of Boxed AI initiatives.
Drive delivery momentum and manage cross-functional dependencies.
Lead AI programme reporting and governance to ExCo and C-suite.
Coordinate AI learning & development rollout with L&D teams.
Orchestrate AI Show & Tell sessions and knowledge sharing across the organisation.
Maintain master view of internal and customer-facing AI use cases and milestones.
