Job summary

We are seeking an AI Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a growing AI portfolio within a large-scale enterprise environment, Sunderland onsite every two weeks and initial 3-month contract with extension potential.

You will coordinate AI strategy execution, manage delivery plans and drive successful deployment of AI solutions across the organisation. This is a delivery-focused role rather than hands-on development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple AI workstreams and initiatives.

• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and governance.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Ensure successful implementation and deployment of AI initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
• Provide regular reporting and progress updates to senior leadership.

We're looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a growing AI portfolio within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Working alongside an established Project Manager, you'll play a key role in turning AI strategy into tangible business outcomes, coordinating stakeholders, managing delivery plans and driving the successful implementation of AI solutions across the organisation.

This is a delivery-focused position rather than a hands-on development role.

The Opportunity

You'll be supporting a range of AI initiatives, including:

• Generative AI adoption and enablement
• Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity solutions
• AI-powered applications and products
• Agentic AI solutions and emerging AI technologies
• Business process transformation through AI

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring AI initiatives move from concept through to deployment and adoption.
