Job summary

IntaPeople is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to steer AI and technology initiatives within a Financial Crime Compliance setting. The role focuses on AI delivery, incident management, and continual service improvement, aligning business outcomes with delivery plans.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support and Business teams to move initiatives from business case through delivery, adoption and value realization while adhering to governance and Responsible AI requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology delivery, programme management or related experience.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, ML or automation projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong Incident Management and Major Incident Management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of AI, GenAI, automation and technology initiatives from concept to adoption.
• Translate business objectives into delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
• Support Customer Crisis Management and Major Incident Management, coordinating teams during incidents.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis, post-incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, operational efficiency and customer outcomes through AI.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams with dependencies and milestones.
• Support SAFe, PI Planning and ART-level delivery.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery meets governance, security and Responsible AI requirements.

AI Delivery Lead

Location: Remote but you would ideally have 2 days p/month in Cardiff so the preference would be for you to be based closer to South Wales / South West or the Midlands ideally
Rate/Salary: £(Apply online only) p/day (Inside IR35)

We re looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead to lead AI and technology initiatives within a Financial Crime Compliance environment.

The role combines AI delivery with Customer Crisis Management and incident management, with around 35% of the role focused on operational support, customer-impacting incidents and continual service improvement.

You ll work across Product, Engineering, Support and Business teams, taking initiatives from business case through to delivery, adoption and value realisation.

The Role

• Lead delivery of AI, GenAI, automation and technology initiatives from concept through to adoption.

What We re Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in Technology Delivery, Programme Management or similar.
• Proven experience delivering complex technology initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, Machine Learning or automation projects.
• Strong experience with Incident Management, Major Incident Management or Customer Crisis Management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Product, Engineering and Business teams.
• Strong Agile delivery experience. SAFe experience would be highly desirable.
• Experience in Financial Services, Risk, Compliance or Financial Crime would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI / AI governance would be beneficial.
• French language skills would be advantageous due to teams based in Paris.
