Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to bridge pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales delivery, ensuring rapid activation and viable delivery. You will architect how technical assets integrate into the customer IT ecosystem, including connectors, identity, and data residency considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
• Experience in technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product/engineering.
• Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infra or AI/ML deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and Practice CEs during evaluation to assess feasibility and shape proposals.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering to translate field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy while owning the technical delivery with customer teams.
