Job summary

Hightouch seeks an AI Strategy Consultant to drive marketing strategy and transformation for enterprise brands. You bridge product capabilities with customer business needs—from discovery through go‑live and expansion.

You’ll collaborate with ML engineers, product designers, and Strategy Consultants to uncover impactful use cases, analyze decision engine insights, and propose campaigns or adjustments to boost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong discovery and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing technical projects with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Run design sessions with customers to decide requirements and improvements.
• Champion delivery & project management excellence through playbooks and best practices.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at Hightouch customers.
• Participate in driving the AI Decisioning product strategy.
