AI & Data Project Lead – Data & AI Strategy

Location: UK-based (2 days per week Central London with client travel as needed)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to join our clients growing Data & AI team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on helping clients unlock business value through data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI initiatives.

You’ll lead the delivery of high-impact projects, shape our advisory offering, and play a key role in driving commercial growth. From designing data governance frameworks to developing AI roadmaps, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical delivery and business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting or industry
• Proven track record in delivering data, analytics, or AI strategy projects
• Strong commercial and stakeholder engagement skills
• Expertise in data governance, business intelligence, and AI (Azure experience a plus)
• Confident communicator with a collaborative, strategic mindset
