Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Data Architect to join our AI Lab and shape the technical and data foundations that enable us to build and scale proprietary AI products securely and effectively.

This hands-on, influential role spans architecture and practical delivery. You will design scalable data and application architectures, define patterns for data, APIs and integrations, and collaborate with AI Engineers, Security and Infrastructure to align with Brunswick’s standards and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data architecture, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Design scalable data and application architectures, preferably in cloud environments.
• Experience designing data models, APIs, integrations and data flows across systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy and quality.
• Hands-on depth to work credibly with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve data and technical architecture for the AI Lab.
• Define scalable patterns for data, models, APIs and enterprise systems.
• Establish standards for data pipelines, deployment and observability.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate principles into practical solutions.
• Partner with security, data and infrastructure teams to meet standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify data landscape and improve interoperability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen the Lab’s platform.
