Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking an exceptional technical program manager to push the boundaries of model capabilities across priority STEM verticals. You will be responsible for building the human data operation for model development, from eval to training, and for closing the gap between the complexity of real-world use cases and our model capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing technical programs in research or data fields.
• Strong contractor/vendor management and data collection operations.
• Proficiency in Python; SQL skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with science and product teams to build datasets advancing model capabilities.
• Manage contractor teams and vendor relationships to support data collection campaigns.
• Oversee collection campaigns and build dashboards for throughput, budget, and quality.
